VICI Brands, our wholesale arm, presented 14 brands at the August 2025 Shoppe Object trade show. Our brands (and our team of 12) braved inquiries about tariffs, the economy, and other challenges as we presented classics and newness. Overall, the show was a success for us and for the brands that work with us.
We launched Sabon, the global, iconic beauty brand at the show.
The B2B market was thrilled — press and retailers clamored at the beautifully designed Sabon booth. The Sabon line will soon sell in premier apothecaries, lifestyle stores, resort shops, as well as at majors.
Leblon Delienne, with their eye-catching line of pop sculpture collectibles made their U.S. debut at the show. Mickey, Minnie, Batman, Superman, all were in grand display. Well, it is the year of the Peanuts, and the large Snoopy holding a chrome heart was adored by many. Dare we say, this was the most photographed booth!
Skyline Chess was a favorite again
Among other victories, we got their Los Angeles set into the Paul Getty Museum.
Of course, Skyline is an evergreen brand at The Museum of Modern Art, architectural landmark gift shops around the world, and with interior designers. The brand also sells in Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, other marquee retailers, and several specialty gift shops.
Bon Ton Toys with their 1% for the planet and core B Corp practices, continued to exude “unconditional love” and warmth with their Miffy, Peanuts, and B.T. Chaps brands. Adult buyers were gushing over the new collection as they placed their holiday orders; in fact, some were pre-ordering for Spring 2026.
Maison Deux featured their new Peanuts comic-strip blankets and the puffer jacket snoopy rug. The colorful, fresh looking Candy Wrap collection of blankets are perpetual best sellers. The hot month of July was their best month yet this year for 100% New Zealand wool blankets! We can’t wait for their true season to start this Fall.
Message in the Bulb had an amazing presentation, they got orders and reorders. We are excited that these fun-messaged bulbs and light boxes will be at Nordstrom’s New York flagship store starting this holiday season. ABC Home in NYC also has a nice feature display of their products.
Missoni Home gifts, Arnolfo di Cambio glassware, and Cavalli tableware presented their new collections. The new Missoni candles and trays were favorites while we also took pre-orders for full table settings. We soft-launched Cavalli Home Textiles; their entire redesigned range will launch this October.
Cavalli as a brand is having a revival, and we are happy to play a part in this.
nailmatic of France, showcased their full range of products. The DYI kits, and other playful, colorful products make for great gift items. While loyalist retailers placed their usual orders, we also opened many new doors. The brand sells in many types of stores, both big and small.
Playforever, with us since 2009, is a classic best seller. Every few months, new car styles are launched to keep the brand fresh and cool. We were able to show the newness launching in October and take pre-orders.
We were thrilled when San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge shop placed an order for the Porsche-inspired “deep Orange” Luft cars.
Ladenac and Vila Hermanos, the Italian home fragrance brand with their jeweled-egg candles and top-of-the-line room diffusers, had a record number of new retailer orders. The brand is huge in Europe and launched less than a year back with us in the US market.
All in all, it was great start to the holiday season.
Many of the brands will have their branded booths and “show houses” at the Maison Object Paris trade show in early September. BrandMX team will be there to support our brands.
